IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT)(NO. 3) REGULATIONS 1980
Made by the Governor in Council under section 59

Citation.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment)(No. 3) Regulations 1980.
Amendment of regulation 3. (cap. 115, sub. leg.)

Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is
(a) by inserting after "prescribed fee" the
following
"if any; and
(b) by inserting after "re-entry permits" the
following
", Vietnamese refugee cards".
Addition of regulation
9A.
3. The principal regulations are amended by adding
after regulation 9 the following -
"Practice and procedure
⚫n appeals to an adjudicator.
9A. (1) The practice and procedure
on an appeal to an adjudicator under section 53A of the ordinance shall, subject to paragraph (2), be such as the chief adjudicator may determine.
