(3) Where an employee is required under

subsection (1) to produce a document, he

shall, within the time limited by subsection

(4) -

(a) produce for his employer's

inspection such document as by

subsection (1) he is required to

produce; or

(b)

in the event that the employee is

required to produce a document

specified in subsection (1)(b)(i),

ii) or (v) and that document has

been lost or destroyed, produce

for his employer's inspection a

document issued by the Director

acknowledging that the employee

is the holder of a valid travel

document, Vietnamese refugee card

or, as the case may be, other

approved document.

(4)

Where an employee fails

(a) by the appointed day to comply

with a requirement made in

accordance with subsection (2)(a);
