for the exclusive use of a civic centre or any part

thereof have to be made to a manager ( regulation 13).

A civic centre may be closed at any time (regulation 14).

Entry by the public into civic centres is

regulated by regulation 5; and any person may be directed

to leave a civic centre in the specified circumstances

(regulation 11).

The conduct of persons within civic centres

is also regulated, including the introduction of animals,

etc. into civic centres (regulation 7); smoking

(regulation 8); consumption of food or drink (regulation

9); and the erection of structures and trading (regulation

10).
