who contravenes regulation 7 or 16; or

(b) in respect of which regulation 12 is contravened,

commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,000.

21. The employer of women or young persons in an industrial undertaking in which any person is permitted

to do anything in contravention of any of the provisions

of regulation 6 commits an offence and is liable to a

fine of $1,000.
