(c) Staff Costs

Salaries to be paid are expected to increase

at the rate of 9% to reflect wage and salary increases,

and some establishment increases in 1980-81.

(d) General Operating Costs

An increase in fuel costs of 20% per annum and

in maintenance and other costs of about 10% per annum

has been assumed these are in line with assumptions

made in considering other transport operations' costs.
