ROAD TRAFFIC (CONSTRUCTION AND USE)

(AMENDMENA) REGULATIONS 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under

section 3

Citation.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Road

Traffic (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations

1980.

Amendment of regulation 161.

(Cap. 220

2. Regulation 161(2)(a) of the principal regulations

is amended

sub. leg.

(a) by deleting "$80" and substituting the following -

(b)

"$110"; and

by deleting "$20" and substituting the

following

"$35".

Transitional provisions.

3. (1) Where prior to the commencement of these

regulations a vehicle has been removed under regulation

161(1) of the principal regulations, the removal charge

payable under regulation 161(2) of the principal

regulations shall be $80 notwithstanding that payment

of the charge is made after the commencement of these

regulations.
