there is a proper chain of command and a

proper definition of duties of the managerial

staff within the company.

2.

With regard to clause 1 (a) hereof, it is agreed by

the parties hereto in order to assist in maintaining

a proper and efficient public omnibus service for the

purposes of section 12 :-

(3) that the omnibus acquisition and phasing out

programme between the 30th June 1979 and the

30th June 1981 shall be in accordance with the

1st Schedule hereto subject to any outside

contingency over which the Company has no control;
