Honourable Members will be asked to advise whether the

Transport Advisory Committee should :-

(a)

be given the revised terms of reference set out in paragraph 6 and the Guidance Note set out in Annex B;

be reconstituted as proposed in paragraphs 7 to 9.

(The Secretary for the Environment (Mr. J.J. Robson) and

the Commissioner for Transport (Mr. B.D. Wilson) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item).
