1. I submit a draft reply with notes for supplementaries
to the attached PQ put down by Mr Robert Parry for oral
answer by the Lord Privy Seal on 16 July.
2. This PQ has been transferred from HKGD and your dead-
line was extended to noon today to enable us to consult
the Departments of Energy and Industry and the UKAEA.
HKGD and FED have also been consulted and agree the lines
proposed.
3. I am submitting this to you direct in view of the
absence of Mr P H Moberly, Mr A Donald, and the Head of
'the JNU.
