to CLP at a price 10% higher than that of NPS. CLP will pay foreign currency for this purchase.

The two 900 MWe PWR machines will be built and operated to the U.K. safety standards.
As a separate task, the U.K., if required, will help PRC in setting up China's safety standards based оп the IAEA guidelines as interpreted by NII (UK).
The PRC and the British Government will undertake insurance of plant, third party risks and disaster liability.
