TIN SHUI WAI CHINA RESOURCES PROJECT

When Donald Liao, Secretary for Housing, called on 31 July, he mentioned in passing that he understood that the construction firm, Wimpeys, had been involved in the project development at Tin Shui Wai but had now withdrawn, he understood 'under some sort of pressure'.
2. This sounded interesting but Liao did not know anything more about it. Have you any information on the subject?
