1. You may find it helpful to know that Mr Blaker will be away from the Office for a fairly long period from 26 September to 23 October. He is first visiting Yugoslavia and Bulgaria until 3 October and then going on to the South Pacific.

2. Other Ministers are of course taking on his work. From 13 to 16 October, which covers your short stop-over in London, Mr Luce will be doing this.
