Green Paper on District Administration

10. The Minister discussed ways of inducing greater public

participation in local government with the Governor in January.

As a result, the Hong Kong Government issued a Green Paper on

District Administration in Hong Kong last month. A copy of the

Paper and a summary of it are attached.
