Regulation 4(1) of the principal regulations

is amended -

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "or" in the

second place where it occurs;

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting the comma at

the end and substituting the following

(c) by inserting after paragraph (b) the

following

Explanatory Note

These regulations amend the Import and Export

(General) Regulations by prohibiting the importation

of articles from Iran or articles of Iranian origin and

all exports to Iran, except under and in accordance

with a licence.
