IMPORT AND EXPORT (GENERAL) ( AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 31

Citation and commencement.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Import and Export (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1980 and shall

come into operation on a day to be appointed by the

Governor by notice in the Gazette.

Amendment of regulation 3.

Regulation 3(1) of the principal regulations is

(a)

in paragraph (a) by deleting "or";

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting the

comma at the end and substituting

the following

or"; and

(c) by inserting after paragraph (b) the

following

from Iran or from any other country

if the article has been produced,

manufactured or processed or has

in any other way originated in Iran,"
