IMPORT AND EXPORT (GENERAL )( AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 31

Citation.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Import

and Export (General)(Amendment) Regulations 1980.

Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is

(a) in paragraph (1) -

sub

(i) in paragraph (a) by deleting "or" in the

second place where it occurs;

(ii) in paragraph (b) by deleting the comma at

the end and substituting the following

"; or"; and

sub

(iii) by inserting after paragraph (b) the

following

"(c) subject to paragraph (1A), any

article to Iran,"; and
