PROTECTION OF TRADING INTERESTS ACT 1980

Please refer to your telegram number 4 saving of 9 June, a copy of which did not as you know reach Belmopan until much later. A copy of the savingram, together with a copy of the 1980 Act, Notes on Clauses and Department of Trade Press Notices were referred to the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The Ministry have now advised that there is no objection to the Act being extended to Belize.
