I have the honour to refer to Mrs Gregory's letter IIKA431/8 of 31 July and to your telegram number 230 of 15 August about the posts for which my approval is required under the provisions of Colonial Regulation 19 for appointments and promotions.

With effect from 11 September 1973 my upproval will be needed only for appointments and promotions to the following posts:-
