Your Petitioner also had studied at Choi Bin Primary

School at Kam Tong Village.

Your Petitioner's uncle So Po (hereinafter referred to

as 'Uncle So') and his wife Wong Mui Ling (hereinafter

referred to as 'Aunt 'Wong') had always considered

Your Petitioner a member of their family namely a

daughter.

Your Petitioner was informed by Aunt Wong before her

death that she would give part of her properties namely

a flat known as No.181, Queen's Road West, 1st floor,

Hong Kong to Your Petitioner. In the middle of 1976,

Aunt Wong died intestate in Hong Kong. Your Petitioner

was informed by Uncle So and verily believe that shortly

before Aunt Wong's death, she again instructed Uncle So

to assign the aforesaid flat to Your Petitioner. A

photocopy of the Letters of Administration in respect

of Aunt Wong's estate is produced and marked "SFY-1".

7. Your Petitioner particularly draw the kind attention

of Your Excellency in Counsel to item 8(a) thereof.

As soon as Uncle So's other members of the family

returns to Hong Kong in the latter part of April, 1979,

the property as stated in paragraph 6 above will be

assigned to Your Petitioner.

Both Your Petitioner and Uncle So began making

application for permission to Your Petitioner to leave

China for Hong Kong towards the end of 1976.

Permission to leave China for Hong Kong was given to

Your Petitioner by the Chinese Government on the 9th

January, 1979. The said permit is a one-way permit to
