21st day of October 1956 according with Chinese customary rites

bona-fide permanent resident of Hong Kong and holds Hong Kong

Registration of Persons Department on 8th day of July 1962.

That the said TAO Sin Fung is earning his livings decent.

in carrying on the business under the style or firm name of "SUNTI TRADING COMPANY ('))" at Room 1104 of Pioneer Buildir.

No.748-B Nathan Road, Kowloon in the said Colony of Hong Kong

(Office telephones numbers 3-941810 and 3-949279). His said

business has contributed its interest and benefit to the local

market and he also pays profit tax to the local Government (to be

évidenced by receipts of payments issued by the Treasury Departmen

and he is a law abiding citizen of Hong Kong.

That your Petitioner loves her husband deeply and she

has applied to the Chinese Authority in Shanghai aforesaid in three

occasions in the past four or five years for permission to leave

China mainland for Hong Kong for the purpose of rejoining her

husband, but unfortunately all her three applications were turned

down by the Chinese Authority in Shanghai for reasons unknown to

your Petitioner.

That your Petitioner has recently been put to a panic as

she has learned from her friends and relatives in Hong Kong that

her husband may live with another woman here if she is not making her own arrangements to reach Hong Kong she would lost her husband.
