I have the honour to enclose, for your information, a copy of a note prepared on the recent mission undertaken to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam by a team from this Office, led by the Deputy High Commissioner.
The note is being made available to all members of the Executive Committee and to the Governments present during the Consultative Meeting that was held in Geneva in December 1978.
