The Ministerial meeting is expected to call for full and rapid implementation of the IEA decision in March to limit IEA

countries' demand for oil on world markets by 2 mbd, or 5%.

So far this decision has had no perceptible impact on world

markets.

5. These issues will loom large at the Tokyo
