During the Debate in the House on 14 February on the

Indo-China refugee problem, I undertook to look into the

point you raised about access to the refugee camps being

allowed to the British Red Cross or the International

Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to see what the conditions

are.

have absolutely no problem in this regard. Indeed, they

are already working hard among the refugees in Indo-China

in support of the efforts of the United Nations High

Commissioner for Refugees.
