Mr Nigel Lawson (Blaby): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what action Her Majesty's Government has taken to secure an inter- national solution to the problem of the 2,700 Vietnamese refugees on board the SS "Huey Fong" at present anchored off Hong Kong and those on similar vessels in the future.
