Amendment

(a) fails to comply with a requirement made

by any officer under section 72;

(b) wilfully or recklessly gives information

which is false in a material particular

or withholds information as to any of

the matters in respect of which informa-

tion is required to be given under

section 72;

(c)

obstructs or delays any officer in the

exercise of any of the powers conferred

(a)

on him under section 72; or

fails to comply with any condition

imposed on the granting of any exemption under section 73(2),

shall be guilty of an offence."

3. After section 71, add the following

"Powers of officers.

72. (1) The Commissioner, or any

public officer authorized by the

Commissioner in writing for the purpose

and on production of that authority,
