is well under way and is again a relatively routine matter for the applicant. The applicant has acquired its wide-body fleet of six aircraft within the past seven years and has entered into contracts for the purchase of 15 further wide-bodied aircraft for delivery. up until 1984.
7. Maintenance and aircraft support: The Engineering Department of
the applicant will ensure that where necessary contracts will be entered into for the support of its aircraft. It should be noted that the applicant has a familiarity with Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, having purchased two Boeing 707's from that Company. Similarly Haeco, the Hong Kong based aviation engineering company, has previously carried out major contracts for the applicant. In addition the aircraft which are to be utilised on the route are virtually identical to many other aircraft operated by airlines in the area, from whom assistance could be obtained if necessary. All applicable Government maintenance rules and regulations promulgated by any authority will be followed.

Fuel: Contracts for the purchase of Jet A-1 fuel will be entered into by the applicant to ensure that sufficient supplies. of fuel are available at all airports to be visited. In several cases contracts have already been in existence for a number of years with a number of fuel companies; for example, the applicant has for many years held a fuel contract at Hong Kong Airport.
Management: The applicant possesses an experienced and skilled management well able to undertake management of the services.
