Although we have a copy of the Air Services Agreement as initialled in Peking, we do not yet have a copy of it in its final form. Am I right in assuming that now that it has been signed all that remains is for it to be printed? When the printed version is available in English and Chinese we should be grateful for 5 copies. If that will take some time yet we shall be grateful for two copies incorporating any amendments which were made before signature.

2.

A number of consular missions here, notably the Japanese, have asked for a text. I take it there is no objection to passing the agreement but not, of course, any of the confidential papers accompanying it.
