Vehicles) Regulations (Amendment) Bill 1979 (Annex E).

These bills and regulations implement some of the revenue proposals made by the Financial Secretary in his budget speech on 28th February 1979 when moving the Second Reading of the Appropriation Bill 1979.

Inland Revenue (Amendment) (No 4) Bill 1979

This bill (Annex A) seeks to implement two of the proposals by the Financial Secretary in paragraphs 173 to 177 of the budget speech to amend the terms of the supplementary personal allowances and to reduce the maximum marginal rate of salaries and personal assessment tax.
