I refer to Greig's letter of 19 December to Forward regarding the above, in which, the Division's comments were sought.
After full consultations with the Division we have no particular comments, considering the law has been inacted. However, minor observations are:
Section 11
the provisions are very wide
Section 25(1)(c) does not state how large pleasure
Section 45-48
G
craft have to be, before the Ordinance applies to them
make no reference to substances
other than oil
Section 80(c)(n) - does the clause refer to all
ships?
