grant relief
22.
If in the opinion of the Governor
unforeseen circumstances occur at any time to
prevent the licensee from maintaining a regular
ferry service in accordance with this licence, then
the Governor may grant to the licensee relief
from payment of a proportionate part of the monthly
rent payable under this licence.
Renewal of
23.
licence
The Governor-in-Council may in his
discretion at any time during the subsistence of
the licence, on the request of the licensee,
extend such licence for a period not exceeding
three years.
