(d) the daily receipts in respect of
each such ferry run.
(2) The licensee shall furnish to the
Commissioner for Transport, at such times and in
such form as he may require copies of the records
kept by the licensee in accordance with paragraph
(1).

The sum and a bond to the value of an
equivalent amount deposited by the licensee with
the Director of accounting Services as security
pursuant to Regulations 13 and 14 of the Ferries
Regulations made under the Ferries Ordinance (Cap.
104), in respect whereof the deposit No. 146711-XX
dated the 7th October 1975 has been issued, will
not be returned to the licensee at the expiration
of the licence unless he had paid all monies which
at any time become due and owing by the licensee

under the terms of this licence to the Government
of Hong Kong.

(1) If the Commissioner for Transport is
satisfied that the licensee has without just cause
of excuse failed to pay the monthly rent when due,
the Commissioner for Transport may by order served
