or pontoon or part thereof for the time being

included in a Rating area.

Service of

16.

Notices

Any notice to be served on the licensee

shall be sufficiently served if served upon the

licensee at his last known address in the Colony or

left with the master of any ferry vessel of the

licensee.

To comply with

Ferries Ordinance

17.

(Cap. 104)

The licensee shall observe and be bound by

the provisions of the Ferries Ordinance (Cap. 104)

and any regulations made thereunder, any Ordinance

and regulations amending or replacing the said

Ordinance and regulations and any laws for the time

being in force relating to ferries.

18.

Records

(1) The licensee shall keep, to the

satisfaction of the Commissioner for Transport, records

in respect of the following matters :

(a) the number and capacity of the

vessels in use on each ferry run on

each day

(b) the number of ferry sailings and

nautical miles travelled by each

vessel each day;

(c) the number of passengers carried

on
