The other allowances, that is to say, the disturbance allowance of $5,536 the setting-up allowance of $10,000 and the rental allowance of $11,419 could not be applied towards the contribution of purchase price because they should be used for the payment of rental, decoration and setting up of the new flat, the solicitor's fees and stamp duty.
