3.3(a) The Corporation shall prepare and keep

the following records -

(i)

:

brief details of all suspected criminal

offences which occur on railway and which

are reported to it;

(ii)

(iii)

the number of passengers carried daily;

time tables and schedules of services;

(iv)

details of all repairs and maintenance.

work carried out;

(v)

a.description of all property reported

lost or found on the railway;

(vi)" details of such other matters as are

reasonably required by the Chief Secretary

as being necessary for the safe and

efficient operation of the railway.

(b)

Records prepared in accordance with

paragraph (a) above shall be kept for such length

of time as the Chief Secretary may direct.

(c) The Corporation shall permit the Chief

Secretary or any person appointed an Inspector under

the M.T.R.C. Ordinance to inspect and take copies of

all records required to be kept under paragraph (a)

above..
