3.1. (a)

there shall be among the railway officials

on duty at each station whenever the

stations are open to the public at least

one employee who has received training

in first aid.

3. Miscellaneous

The Corporation shall take measures to prote

against injury to all persons employed on or about

the railway by

(i)

the placing of notices, in English and

in Chinese, warning against mechanical

and electrical dangers; and

(ii)

the provision of a sufficient supply of

safety belts for working at a height and

protective hats and clothing at such places

as shall be necessary.

The Corporation shall ensure that safety

belts, protective hats and protective clothing are

used or worn at all necessary times. on the railway.
