I attach the latest monthly report.

During the past month it has been decided to hold a re-trial of the Clayton Raynor case in Bermuda (at the first trial he was found guilty of arson but the jury failed to agree on the murder count).

There is one new case in the Cayman Islands.

The victim,

Holman Smith, was involved in a brawl in a bar run by the accused, Willard Douglas. The following day (Christmas Eve) Smith returned to the bar with another man and grabbed at Douglas. that Douglas then shot and killed Smith with a pistol.
