3. Sessions 2, 3 and 4 on Tuesday will be introduced by Sir Bruce Greatbatch, Mr Percy Selwyn and Dr Kenneth Robinson respectively.

On Tuesday evening Mr & Mrs Tommy Gee have very kindly invited participants to a buffet supper at their Keymer home. A car convoy will leave IDS at 1845. If you have a car, please let me know so that I can arrange lifts for others.

Two amendments to the Background Paper: Annex 3 (British Virgin Islands) should read £3 million
Annex 4 (Cayman Islands) should read £10,640,000.
