If I understand the position aright all that is being asked is that the figure mentioned in Regulation 57 (ii) should now be changed from £1000 to something higher. I don't see how CR's can be amended "so far as Gibraltar only is concerned" and therefore any amendment must apply to all territories. It may be that a more realistic figure could be say, £5,000, I should be grateful therefore for your views.
