DEPENDENT TERKITOKIES SENIOR APPOINTMENTS BOARD

1. in my minute of 6 March, I advised you that the next meeting

of the Dependent Territories Senior Appointments Board would be

held on Wednesday 6 June. Due to the Chairman's absence in Paris

on that day, the date has had to be changed. Subject to

Ministerial agreement after the General Election, the next

meeting of the Board will now take place on Monday 4 June at

11.30 a.m. in Sir Michael Palliser's room in the Foreign and

Commonwealth Office.

2. The agenda and briefs will be circulated later.
