1. We spoke about the letter of 15 May which fir Parker wrote to Mr Cortazzi (copy attached) raising the question of his remaining in office as Governor for a further term. This would take him beyond his 60th birthday. You agreed that we should turn this down. The DTSAB have in any case already selected a successor.

2. I attach a draft and should be glad of your comments. will then put it up to Mr Cortazzi through SAMD.
