Supplementary provision

14.

Net arrears will be charged to departmental personal emoluments votes. Departments should forward G.F. 122 for supplementary provision, as required. Unless an excess can be fully justified the amount must not exceed 8% of approved provision in the 1978 Estimates for salaries and overtime allowances.
