The scope of survoy was getting smaller not because of the question of job comparability, but solely because that the PIU was bounded and restricted by the so-called "agreed procedure, correct procedure and normal procedure" in addition with the specifiod job contents from the "Working Party". Bearing in mind also the example of Company No. 22 (shorthand 50) contradicted to your claim. In this case, both the PLU and Government should realize the discrepancy, as the scope-field of survey can be and should be enlarged in order to achieve an accurate pay scale for in-service SATS, As a matter of fact, members of good employers with maplo job comparability have been ignored and wasted in the PID survey, simply because of the "agreed procedurə". For-saking intentions and efforts to locate a fuller bettor survey Lo against the principle and conducts of profession in this commoction.
