s On 19 May 1978, a Chinese male CHEUNG Koon-kei (1728/6034/0366) arrived from Penang aboard a Malaysian Airline System flight MH 012. As a result of a Customs body search 4.6244 kilos of prepared opium were found concealed in fourteen packages around his ankles. CHEUNG admitted carrying the drugs on behalf of a friend in Penang in return for $3,000 HK. He has since been charged with 'Possession of Dangerous Drugs for the Purpose of Unlawful Trafficking'.
