Dear Sirs:

RECEIVED IN REGISTRY NO. 51 20 SEP 1978

DESK OFFICER INDEX

R25ix CLE

Your 19th January 1978 letter written to Ma istopher Price M.P. has fabricated a false story to smear my reputation which has caused me irreparable damage.

I have written several letters to you and to Mr. Christopher Price M.P. in explanation and in protest but your adamant and incorrigible temperamant in refusing to answer my request frank- ly and truthfully leaves me no alternative but to file an action of libel in complaint against both of you in the High Court of Justice in London.

Nothing short of an open court trial of complete due course of law of modern civilized legal system could find the real truth of my injustice case. Although an open court trial may not be hundred percent correct in finding the truth, nevertheless it is still comparatively the best way in finding the truth.

Justice is a most beautiful thing in a mundane world. Normally, every sane British citizen loves justice. If a sane British citizen deviates from the path of normal course of justice in his talking, or in his action, then there must be a problem of conflict of interest in his secret stomach. Anybody he can cheat is cheating himself.

When I was a boy, my father said: "A British judge is next to God. Within a short time of my contact with the court officials of the High Court of Justice in London, I still firmly hold this belief of my honest father in my heart. I love my reputation as you do. The only difference is that you are high ranking officers of British Government while I am a low ranking officer of the British Colonial Government. However, the reputation of a low- ranking officer is just as important as that of a high ranking- officer in a competitive world. I have no money to hire a lawyer. Truth and honesty is my lawyer. No matter whatever official ranking differences existing between you and me, nevertheless, we should all stand together on equal footing before the law. I sincerely hope that you would not abuse your official power to ask the High Court of Justice to dismiss the Writ by evading an open court trial. I also hope that each one of us would bravely speak out the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Thank you very much. God bless the Queen!

Yours most respectfully

7m. Jung.
