On 28/7/77 I was ASDI in Western Sub. Division. On that day I was

instructed by Div. Supt to investigate death of LIU Ping Hon.

On 29/7/77 I went to rooftop Hong Ming building. No trace of struggle,

visible handprints or fingerprints or suspicious objects like blood. Saw door

with broken lock.

We appealed for witnesses through press

handprint brown looks like mud. Another half hand print very near

the full sized one

were 20-25 feet away from door on wall which can be seen in photo. They

were about 41⁄2 to 5' from ground.

On 29/7 when I inspected the roof, the prints were not there.
