Zarly.

Enclosed are three letters of Hongkong Attorney General Mr.J.D.W.Hobley for your reference. He knows how

to advise me in legal theory and practice. But he will not make good his word. When I request him to take up my case for appeal ( on my behalf, he declined by saying that he is working for Hongkong Government and not for lower-ranking Hongkong Government officers. But he is wrong. The job of a good Attorney General is to look after justice being done to the public as well as to the Government.

In a bizarre and outrageous case like this one where a corrupt magistrate fraudulently manipulated to obtain the case to be tried by him by contacting innocent defendant before trial for money, fraudulently conspired with a witness as his broker in the open court and ordered an innocent defendant to bargain (kongso)a bribe and fraudulently shouted

guilty, guilty and guilty" by abusing the power of sacred court by adopting terror tactics to scare'no-lawyer innocent defendant' into silence in order to protect and cover up his own witness-broker's scandal without trial by depriving the innocent defendant of his right to put up a defense, the Hongkong Attorney General Hobley has the moral and legal duty and responsibilty to make the wrong right and to make the justice overtake the injustice. This is his real job. The most important witness is the

who is

right under his nose. The other most important witness is the

who is also right under his I am also the most important witness with two important sworn statements of which I am responsible for all the legal consequences of the contents. How could Hongkong Attorney General Mr.J.D.W.Hobley willfully and knowingly sit back and let an innocent lower-ranking government officer suffer an outrageous injustice without a qualm in his conscience?

Moreover, this is very famous case. We have 50 police class teachers who all use the police cards to ride the bus and they all know that the

conspired with the bus inspector as broker to extort money from me and to bully me. This is not a case of ordinary human error. It is a case of complaint of unlawful and unethical conduct of

in massive commitment of enormous irregularities and improprieties in blatant violations of human rights. The. innocent defendant has no fault of his own. Why should a notoriously corrupt

save a scandalous broker's guilt at the expense of the good reputation of an innocent victim. I therefore beg you to order the Attorney General Mr. J.W.D.Hobley to ask the Hongkong District Court to declare the 'oral shouting illegal judgment 'null and void.

Thank you very much,

Please see back page

Sincerely

tom, wing-
