Dear r. Goronwy:

This is an affidavit, a sworn statement of more detailed true facts as y defense which hagistrate

is afraid to hear and see. So His Honour, playing himself like a magician, suddenly declared an illegal judgment without trial by depriving the innocent defendant of the right to put up a defense. So this is an illegal judgment without trial.

This is manifestly unfair. I therefore beg you to let me stand in the witness big box in the Appellate Committee in the House of Lords to be confronted, contradicted and interrogated

by the best lawyers in England. As a human being, I am entitled

to put up a defense before an innocent defendant can be teclared guilty or innocent. I am just asserting my human rights. It is not too

much for me to ask.

I am willing to take all the legal consequences.

Thank you very much
