1/3 of this area will render the remainder useless as our client will not then be able to carry on its normal operation. It is therefore proposed that the entire piece of land be acquired by the Government instead of a portion thereof;

Upon acquisition of the land by the Government, our client should be compensated with the costs of the land calculated at the prevailing market price; alternatively, part of the compensation should be in the form of an exchange of lands whereby our client will be given another piece of land suitable for our client's operations and commensurate with its present scale of operations;

Compensation for the present buildings, structures, fixtures, water electrical power and other similar installations;

Compensation for the costs of demolishing the present buildings and structures etc. upon the captioned land;

Compensation for disassembling transporting and re-assembling the machineries and equipment of our client;

Suitable arrangements to be made so that our client's business operations will not be interrupted or compensation for loss of business; and

In the event of our client being unable to carrying on business as a result of the acquisition of land, direct compensation to be made by the Government to the employees and workers of our client.

We shall be obliged if you will kindly let us hear from you at your earliest convenience.

Yours faithfully,
