Honourable Members will be asked to advise, under section 3 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance (Chapter 124), whether resumption of the portion of the lot listed at Annex B is required for a public purpose, namely construction of the Interchange at Hung Mui Kuk, Sha Tin, New Territories.

(The District Officer, Sha Tin (Mr G. A. HIGGINSON) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item).
