Local news reported that most occupants, villagers or industrial- dealers has accused the H.K. Govt. for not treating them fairly in the so called "resumption/clearance" of the domestic structures and fact- ory premises etc. When forcibly cleared by Housing Dept. demolition squads with bulldozers and policemen which caused people confrontat- ions or innocent struggling tooks places frequently. Reasonably speak- ing, apart from small removal allowances, they simply demand to be resettled in public domestic units, or to be resite in public factory, or its estates, even move into a piece of private land paid to rebuild so, especially that some of them who do not suitable to enter the industrial buildings and estates as business nature restricted etc. but illtreatment by intended refusals to instead no survival ways left for legal dealers and peaceful people/tax-payers in other words. So called "Crown" land dare to broken the Treaty over to New Territories entirely to make $billion to $billion by public auctions which so generous to capitalists. On the contary that no sign to let the people and to those affected to shared of its prosperity of course.

Unfortunately, we are now who are sufferring the abovementioned illtr- eatment too collectively for over 33 years existed at northea Tsuen wan and caused 20,000 people affected from closure order against 500 factoies within 22 extensive ones together. Including no where to go policy fixed to us even by a piece of waste land without sufficient facilities for us to re-start the operation to arranged both met with disappointed during applied many times - we repudiated by colonial adminstration too.

For Hongkong growth economic and survival rights we have, certainly, be seeking for every possible sites for our legal business to overcome the selfish official approval to solve our own problem as they gone too far always, also as denied Govt. duty themselves, comparing with internation- al Governments' treatments and U.K. adminstration to be aiding the

industrial only.
